1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Aplyr at aplyr.io you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Aplyr provides AI-powered CV tailoring, ATS scoring, keyword analysis, and job application tracking tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Free tier and daily credits
Free accounts receive 3 AI tailoring credits per day, resetting at midnight UTC. Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value. We reserve the right to adjust credit limits at any time.
4. Premium subscriptions
Premium plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied — contact support@aplyr.io.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Aplyr for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits through automation or multiple accounts
- Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Aplyr service
6. Your content
You retain ownership of any CV or job description content you upload. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the tailoring service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Aplyr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated tailoring suggestions are intended as a starting point and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before submitting a job application.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aplyr’s liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
